This is a private, romantic dog sled ride in pairs out to a rustic backcountry camp at dusk. You’ll glide through snow-lit forest, dine on gourmet food by lamplight, enjoy dessert and a warm drink, then ride back under moonlit skies. It’s an unforgettable evening experience in the Little Flat Tops.

Shuttle & Gratuity: Not included in the listed price. Shuttle options $25–$45 per person (door-to-door), depending on pickup location. Gratuities - 15% minimum applied at checkout. Guests may be more generous, but plan for 15%. Guides appreciate cash, but guests may leave the gratuity on their card on file, stored during the reservation process.

This is a fully guided, private excursion crafted for couples or pairs. Expect an intimate, luxurious experience in a winter wilderness setting. You’ll be led by experienced guides who handle logistics, safety, and ambiance.

Ride & Camp Experience

You and your partner ride together, with guides leading the way.
The destination: a secluded rustic camp in the Little Flat Tops, where you’ll dine under stars among aspens glowing in evening light.
Dinner is catered by Drunken Onion (Steamboat Springs) and served by your guides.
After dinner: a 5-star dessert with a warm drink, then a return journey along a night trail.
Because this trip occurs late and in cold conditions, it’s not recommended for children under 12.

Photo Capture

Your guides take complimentary photos throughout the evening. However, due to lighting and conditions, we can’t guarantee perfect images. You’re welcome to bring your own camera or video equipment.

Group & Booking Rules

Maximum of 8 adults per booking.
Reservation must be made by calling (no direct online booking for this trip, unless via Saturday listings).
Shuttle may be added at checkout (for eligible pickup areas).
Gratuity: 15% is considered a base; more is welcome.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Guests must change or cancel reservations 4 days prior to their scheduled excursion. Once they receive the reminder, they must call and email immediately with any changes. No changes inside of 72 hours, people may communicate changes but should expect to pay in full for their reservation.
